Great Location and Cozy Stay!
Beautiful views from my club level room made mornings good. The evening snacks in the lounge were perfect after a long day exploring New Orleans. For future guests, definitely take advantage of the lounge access for great food options throughout your stay!

Location: the hotel was right by including the WWII museum, hoise restaurants and the French Quarter and all famous restaurants. Went to Oceana Grill for drink or two, set relatively close to the property. My room was luxurious overlooking city.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Possibly the best and very nice stay for the holidays. Had double room with microwave, the same facility, a great view of the riverfront. Good and unbeatable location, walking distance to everywhere. A really nice restaurant for breakfast...

Everything was really nice n comfy, the staff were amazing from the valets to the front desk. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bourbon street. The fitness center was big n well equipped too. Having a starbucks down in the lobby was super convenient for those early mornings. Definitely would stay here again!
But the room could really use a fridge and it was a bit pricey for what we got. We had some noise issues with neighbors partying late at night and had to call the desk.

Beds were comfortable
I had booked three nights originally, then added on one night. The agency I booked through sent a notification to Sheraton that the two reservations should be linked. I also called the hotel in advance to ensure the reservations were linked. I also prepaid for all four nights. Despite these efforts, when we returned to our room on the second night, after a long and tiring day, our key cards did not work in our door. Of course we immediately went back down to the desk to see what had happened. We were given replacement keys and went back up. The replacement keys did not work either. This was repeated twice until finally we were let in by Security. Five minutes after getting into our room we were called by the front desk and told that we did not have a reservation and had been locked out of the room intentionally. We were required to go back down to the desk again and produce evidence of our reservations. After we had done this the clerk finally went to the trouble of looking up my name and lo and behold found that we did have prepaid reservations after all. Why did they make us try three sets of keys before telling us there was a clerical issue to work out? Why did they not look up my name in the first place instead of automatically considering us some kind of illegitimate trespassers and putting us through all that? Why could they not have waited until the morning to have that discussion? And why, when it was proved that they had made an error and needlessly caused us considerable inconvenience, did they not offer any kind of compensation? I can only conclude that this hotel is being grossly mismanaged. It was certainly not worth the rudeness and trouble they put us through and we will avoid Sheraton in the future.
